1. What the Site is
The Site offers free practice questions for the Indian learner licence test. It is an independent educational website and is not an official government or RTO website. See the Disclaimer.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial learning. You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, resell or republish the questions, translations, images or code in bulk without our written permission;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it;
- use automated tools to take tests or overload the Site;
- use the Site in any unlawful way, or to pretend to be an official body.
3. No guarantee of results
The practice tests are for preparation only. We do not guarantee that using the Site will help you pass the real test. The real test, its questions, pass mark, fees and procedure are decided by the relevant government authority and may differ from the Site.
4. Accuracy of content
We try to keep content accurate and up to date, but traffic laws, signs and procedures change and differ by state. Content, including translations, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Some languages are marked "beta" and may contain errors. Always check official sources, such as your state's driver's handbook and transport department.
5. Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, questions, translations, illustrations and code are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. Road signs shown are simplified illustrations created for the Site. Government names, logos and emblems are not used and remain the property of their owners.
6. Advertising and third-party links
The Site may show advertisements and link to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, products or services. Dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RTO Quiz and its owners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from reliance on its content, including failing a licence test or any traffic offence or accident.
8. Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
